Soulrise Melodies is a musical duo consisting of husband and wife, Zafar and Chelsea. Chelsea is co-creator of the website Enable Me To Grow, along with her sister-in-law Penina (Zafar’s sister).
Chelsea and Zafar endeavor to write simple, easy-to-learn tunes that follow a Baha’i quotation straight through so it can be recited later without pause.
Their upcoming CD “At First Light” Volume 1 is comprised of 20 short quotations revealed by Baha’u’llah, the same quotations used for the Radiant Hearts program. The CD was created to aid families with young children to recite the Writings of Baha’u’llah every morn and eve. It will be available through CD Baby in February 2013.
All proceeds from Soulrise Melodies CDs will go towards creating new music and audio materials for Baha’i families. Upcoming projects include “At First Light” Volume 2 (the 20 prayers in the Radiant Hearts program) and a set of Radiant Hearts Audio Stories.
