We are very excited to announce that our CD “At First Light” Volume 2 is now available! This CD contains the 20 prayers which are featured in our Radiant Hearts lessons. It is US$9.99 and can be purchased and downloaded through CD Baby by going here.
If you have been following our website for a while, you may remember we launched Volume 1 containing 20 quotations a few months ago in February 2013. Shortly after launching that CD we started recording Volume 2, and are happy now to make the full set of 20 prayers and 20 quotations available to you.
The “At First Light” series was created to aid families with young children to recite the Writings of Baha’u’llah and pray every morn and eve. The 20 prayers on Volume 2 are full length (except for the Ayyam-i-Ha prayer, which contains a selection of the full prayer since it is so long!) and repeated two or three times per song. If you like, one prayer can be selected to focus on memorizing each Baha’i month plus there is the extra prayer for the period of Ayyam-i-Ha.
If you use this CD alongside “At First Light” Volume 1 with 20 quotations, you can memorize a quotation and prayer every month leading to 40 selections in total (you and your children can definitely do it it’s so easy with music!). The prayers and quotations also correspond to the Radiant Hearts program, so you can print out the activities to learn more the meanings of the selections (plus more about the virtues within them) for even more family fun.
